1. General By shopping at drakenbergs.se, you agree to these terms. Drakenberg reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Pricing We reserve the right to change prices and product availability without notice. Prices includes VAT where applicable.

3. Orders & Payment An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery Delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for full instructions.

6. Complaints & Warranty If a product is faulty, you are entitled to file a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Contact us at drakenberg282@gmail.com within a reasonable time of discovering the defect.
